PLEASE READ FOR ONLINE PAYMENT DIRECTIONS:
A payment can be made to your account online through the Payment Portal. The link will take you to Instamed, my online merchant services provider. When you get to the Instamed Home Page, on the top left hand side will be a circle with KR and then Kelly R. Volkmann, LLC is listed. Click on the KR or my name. It will then take you to the Patient Information Page. If you have an invoice you can put in the patient account number, but it is not necessary. Fill out that page and click "Next," and complete the subsequent steps. If you do not click on my name, it makes it a much longer process to try and search for me, which has not worked for many unless you type in my practice name exactly.
