Transformation happens within to create the life and freedom desired.  We use evidence based and holistic practices to produce desired change for those who are experiencing struggles with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Our mission is to provide a place of wellness and healing through partnering with each client to provide individualized care in a safe and supportive environment, free of judgement.  Sometimes past and present experiences form unhealthy beliefs, coping mechanisms, and relationship dynamics that get in the way of healing and living out your true potential of leading a life of joy, peace, and balance.  We will walk alongside you to help you get back on your desired path for life.

Our specialties include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Dissociation, Grief, Stress Management Difficulties, Substance Use Disorders, and help for family members of those with mental health and substance use disorders.  In our practice we use many types of therapy that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.  These include, but are not limited to the use of CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, solution focused, family systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Mind Body Skills.

Another tool used with clinician Kelly, when appropriate, is animal assisted therapy.  Kelly's trusty therapy dog, Bentley, is a golden-doodle and is a trained therapy dog.  He is unconditionally loving, and offers support to clients who would like him present in their sessions.
